Marielle and Richard Fournier founded the company in Tulette in 2007. Mathilde? It's the name of Richard Fournier's grandmother, son and grandson of a chocolate maker. Today, this house of chocolates and high-end delicatessen products has a 2,600m2 production unit that transforms more than 150 tons of chocolate per year, among the few chocolate makers who roast their own cocoa beans, including Valrhona, Bernachon or Bonnat. The direct sales store offers a wide range of bars, marshmallows and spreads.

8 reviews

The estate was created in 1978 by Aimée and André Mazurd, the parents of the current owner, but the Mazurd family has lived off the vine for four generations. It covers 118 hectares in the Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages appellations, and even in the Rasteau appellation, spread over different communes and different terroirs, which allows for a parcel-by-parcel selection and the production of typical wines. Good red wines aged in oak barrels. It is possible to visit the cellars on reservation.

DOMAINE LE GARRIGON

Organic store

One of our favourites. An organic estate where the stony soil of Tulette has been worked since the 1920s. Daniel Couston and his sister Marie-Françoise Abbès Couston now run the 80 hectares of vineyards created by their grandfather. On this terroir, which alternates vineyards and olive groves, they produce organic and vegan wines in all three colours. Beautiful Côtes-du-Rhône and Côtes-du-Rhône Villages wines with frank aromas of ripe fruit and a silky palate. The wines can be tasted in the cellar in the centre of the village.
