It is the third generation of winegrowers to produce this well-known organic wine. The vines of the Domaine du Rieu-Frais blossom on the marl soils of the beautiful Ennuyée valley, on 30 ha combining 9 grape varieties. The vinification, like the cultivation, is done organically and by hand. The winemaker offers free visits of the cellars and oenology courses. The domain produces a white chardonnay, a white viognier, a rosé of syrah, and many red wines. Also a very good organic grape juice.

For over 45 years, Domaine La Rosière has been perpetuating a tradition of terroir-driven wines, using local grape varieties from the Baronnies hillsides. The reds feature Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. White wines feature Viognier and Chardonnay. Wines with poetic names: Confidence, Héritage, Chardonette and La Vertue. Part of the estate's production is also organic, under the Bio'ronnies label for red, rosé and white wines. A particular favorite is the sparkling Chardonnay rosé.
