Alain and Philippe Viret make great wines in their cathedral cellar made of Pont du Gard stone. Their vineyard is not only organic but also worked in cosmoculture® since 1990. It is about adopting solutions to rebalance, re-energize and safeguard the living balances and ecosystems. To go even further, the two brothers are working for the reintroduction of wines in amphora. You can benefit from a presentation of cosmoculture® and vinification in clay amphorae, or even participate in a day of harvesting.

La Cave des Coteaux de Saint Maurice is a wine cellar located in Saint-Maurice-sur-Eygues, in the Drôme region of France. It offers a wide selection of wines and delivery services. The Saint-Maurice terroir, covering 800 hectares, is mainly composed of hillsides with clay-limestone soil covered with rolled pebbles. Thanks to its privileged exposure and micro-climate, the Saint-Maurice vineyards benefit from maximum sunshine and are rarely affected by late frosts or fog. The Cave des Coteaux de Saint-Maurice was founded in 1939 and obtained the Côtes du Rhône appellation in 1952. In 1964, Saint-Maurice wines were recognized as Appellation Village Saint-Maurice. In 2014, the tasting cellar was completely renovated to better welcome visitors.
