La Para vinegar factory offers workshops with demonstration and tasting, and has a store.

Raphaël handcrafts barrel-aged vinegars flavored with thyme, rosemary, lavender, raspberry and other local herbs. Since 2022, his vinegar catalog has been enriched with a collection of organic mustards made from mustard seeds grown in the Drôme and crushed on site using a granite millstone. Our favorite? Nyons PDO olive mustard! Also on the shelves: spreads, pâtés, terrines and flavored oils. Tours, tastings and workshops to discover this gourmet alchemy.
