Raphaël handcrafts barrel-aged vinegars flavored with thyme, rosemary, lavender, raspberry and other local herbs. Since 2022, his vinegar catalog has been enriched with a collection of organic mustards made from mustard seeds grown in the Drôme and crushed on site using a granite millstone. Our favorite?
