La Para vinegar factory offers workshops with demonstration and tasting, and has a store.
Since 2004, Raphaël has been handcrafting barrel-aged vinegars flavored with decoctions of thyme, rosemary, lavender, raspberry and other local plants. Since 2022, he has added to his vinegar factory's catalog a collection of organic mustards concocted from mustard seeds grown in the Drôme and crushed on site using a granite millstone. Four recipes to choose from. Our favorite? Nyons PDO olive mustard! Also pâtés and oils. Tours, tastings and workshops to discover this gourmet alchemy.

A VISITER
visite très instructive de la fabrique avec un petit film, l'artisan vinaigrier apporte les explications complémentaires. Direction ensuite la boutique où vous pouvez déguster les différents vinaigres. les produits sont un peu plus chers que ceux venus en grandes surfaces mais cela vaut véritablement le détour.
