Discover the heritage of Nyons, the old oil mills that also produced the traditional olive oil soap.

Unique in France, this site features two former oil mills dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, as well as an 18th-century soap factory. A stone staircase leads down to the basement of an old building, where you'll find a museographic space where you'll discover the traditional gestures of the miller and the secrets of oil production, from harvesting to pressing and bottling. The building houses the starting point of an ancient underground...

Petit musée sans prétention qui permet un véritable bond dans le passé. Très instructif et bien réalisé (malgré son côté vieillot).

Heerlijk plekje waar je in de schaduw op het terras kunt eten. Prima kaart, en vooral heel prettig en relaxed personeel. Wij kwamen nog een keer terug.
Probeer ook zeker hun eigen olijven: Oliver de Nyons AOP.
Ook heerlijke drankjes van Mat-et-Elo.

Spontan einen Cappuccino und eine Cole getrunken. Schöne Aussicht, in entspannter Atmosphäre und wir wurden freundlich bedient

Sehr eindrucksvoll diese alte Ölmühle in den Felsenkellern zu entdecken und in kurzen Videos den Weg von der Olive zum Öl zu verfolgen. Draußen kleine Bar mit Sitzplätzen in einzigartiger Lage nahe Wildfluss und mittelalterlicher Bogenbrücke.
