Discover the heritage of Nyons, the old oil mills that also produced the traditional olive oil soap.

Unique in France, this place of memory invites you to discover two former 18th and 19th century oil mills, an 18th century soap factory and a former Haute-Provence kitchen. A stone staircase leads down to the basement of an old building, where a museographic space reveals the traditional gestures of the miller and the secrets of oil production, from fruit picking to pressing and bottling.
