Discover the heritage of Nyons, the old oil mills that also produced the traditional olive oil soap.

Unique in France, this site features two former oil mills dating from the 18th and 19th centuries, as well as an 18th-century soap factory. A stone staircase leads down to the basement of an old building, where you'll find a museographic space where you'll discover the traditional gestures of the miller and the secrets of oil production, from harvesting to pressing and bottling. Superbe terrasse avec vue sur le pont et vue sur la rivière. Nous y sommes allés à 14 adultes et 4 enfants et nous avons étés très bien reçus.
