A joyful and greedy festival to test the oil of Nyons on the beautiful place with the arcades and to see the parade of the knights.
This friendly event celebrated its 40th anniversary in 2025. The festivities begin on Friday evening. Nyons celebrates its new olive oil. It's the Alicoque, a gourmet, popular and convivial event, with the induction of new members of the Chevaliers de l'olive brotherhood. Trestles are set up in the Place des Arcades, and olive growers invite you to taste fresh olive oil on toasted bread croutons rubbed with garlic. Also on the menu: concerts, dances, exhibitions, a large market selling local produce...
