Since 1137, Cistercian monks have lived a monastic life punctuated by prayer, reading and manual or agricultural work. Their store offers a full range of monastic products. Try Alexion, a fortifying and restorative drink made from 52 plants, and Koutaba coffee, harvested by the Cistercian monks of the Cameroonian monastery of the same name, a subsidiary of Aiguebelle, just like the infamous Tibhirine monastery in Algeria.
