An independent winegrower, Laetitia manages 6 hectares of vines, part white and part red, without any treatments. She does all the work in the vines and in the winery. She has produced 3 cuvées in pinot and gamay: Tradition, Pinotissime and L.L. In gamay: L'Empoirée red; a 100% gamay rosé and a Rosé de Noirs sparkling rosé; in white: Cuvée des Bergerons, a blend of tressallier and chardonnay; in pure tressallier: Cuvées Empreinte, L'Empoirée and Cuvée T, as well as traditional methods: Cuvées Royal d'Or and Blancs de Blancs.

Independent winegrowers, the Nebout family farms 27 hectares organically. The vines have been planted on beautiful south-facing slopes. They produce red cuvées Tradition, Malgamie, Harmonie, Séduction.White cuvées Tradition, L'Incompris du Tressallier available in magnum, Insolite, Classe N, Classe 10. Rosé cuvée Opale available in fountain version. Sparkling Nobles Perles brut, demi-sec and rosé brut, Bulles Champêtres and Perles Rares. Guided tour of the cellar, wine tasting accompanied by moules frites at the end of the year.
