Vanessa and Jérôme run two boulangeries-pâtisseries, one of which is also a cookie factory perpetuating a family history, thanks to a traditional recipe for small shortbreads, Saint-Pourci'Noix®, as well as a range of Auvergne and Rochers de la Sioule shortbreads. They make all kinds of breads and savoury preparations. They create cakes for every occasion. On request, they can create gift baskets. A wide range of snacks and lunch menus.
