The bewitching tuber has had its own Drôme palace since 1850, located between Grignan and Taulignan, where the famous tuber is grown: 11 ha of truffle fields in production, 4 ha of young truffle fields, 1/2 ha of truffle oak seedling nurseries. Gilles Aymé and one of his Labradors demonstrate cavage (truffle hunting), followed by a tasting of truffle carpaccio with olive oil. You'll leave with your hands full of fresh truffles, tasty truffled olive oil and even oak seedlings.

J'ai commandé pour Noël des truffes, si la commande par internet et l'envoi ont été rapide et bien gérée, il en a été autrement de la dégustation, dès réception nous avons mis ce précieux trésor dans une boîte hermétique avec des œufs pour la libération des aromes ! hélas au bout de 3 jours, aromes insignifiant, et à la cuisine (truffes en feuilleté) pas de goût. une grande déception pour se produit qui devait être d'exception.

One went in organised visit (run for the Tourist Office with Nyons), the visit cost 4€, was a 30. The owner first told us on truffles the different seasons, then you crowded " cavage" - seen dogs (adorable!) looking truffles and after we had the tasting truffle carpaccio with wine (red, white or pink). The owners offer selling truffles summer and winter truffles, fresh or preserved, oil truffle to scent your dishes. An unforgettable experience!
