Gaec des Baratons is a goat-breeding and cheese-making farm, producing the famous Picodon PDO. Since 1969, the farm's owners have been making every effort to offer quality products that meet their specifications. The goats are fed with feed produced on the farm, and rearing is practiced with respect for the animals and their well-being. Picodon cheese, made from whole raw milk from the Ardèche and Drôme mountains, is renowned for its rich taste and tender texture.
