Here, customers can enjoy lovingly hand-crafted bread, homemade pastries and regional specialties. Among Maison Pascalis' must-tries are the pogne, a delicious brioche scented with orange blossom; the suisse, a shortbread pastry with candied oranges; the Saint-Genix, a subtle marriage of pogne and pralines; and the craqueline, a Maison creation made with pogne pastry, crème fraîche, crushed pralines, almond crunch and powdered sugar.
