A family that counts in the history of the Diois and its famous clairette since the Salabelle have been exploiting the vines since… 1845. Five generations have succeeded, and today, Frédéric and Jean-Michel have been able to reap the famous fruit. " Vines are treated in a reasoned manner for the sake of respect for the soil and natural fauna ", says those who continue, like their elders, to harvest by hand. Where beautiful products are: clairette de Die "Tradition" (90% of Muscat, 10% of clairette); " Cuvée Cuvée " (100% Muscat); the tradition "perfume of Adline" (old 100% Muscat vines) and raw reserve (100 clairette).
