Hotel with warm rooms with a pool and terraces in Vals-les-Bains.
Upon arrival in this 1926 building, one is struck by the attention paid to the decoration: the natural tones used create a subtly muffled atmosphere. The rooms are warm, and the bathtubs are equipped with balneo-chromo-therapy. For complete relaxation, you can also take advantage of the pool and its shaded terraces. Like the hotel, the gastronomic restaurant offers a menu that changes with the seasons and the market, but remains attached to local products.

La mise en bouche et L'entrée étaient originales.
Le plat principal, poisson (rascasse) était bon et le fenouil également mais la toute petite portion servie m'a fort désappointé.
Très déçue également car plat servi tiède.
Dessert à la châtaigne bon mais trop d'orange.on perdait le goût de la châtaigne.
