Hotel with warm rooms with a pool and terraces in Vals-les-Bains.

Upon arrival in this 1926 building, one is struck by the attention paid to the decoration: the natural tones used create a subtly muffled atmosphere. The rooms are warm, and the bathtubs are equipped with balneo-chromo-therapy. For complete relaxation, you can also take advantage of the pool and its shaded terraces. Like the hotel, the gastronomic restaurant offers a menu that changes with the seasons and the market, but remains attached to local products.

Lovely outdoor setting with well-spaced tables under the trees. We had the Inspiration menu at 86 Euros and were not disappointed. The food is beautifully presented with delicate flavours. Magnificent wine list with many verticals of Chave, Clape, Rayas etc. and a friendly and professional staff doing there best to translate ingredients into English. Only criticism is that the menu is not clear re supplements and additional costs over the fixed price option.
