Tradition is good! This former relay of diligence, now certified by the Logis de France, has been held by the same family since 1839! So think about five generations of Cuisines kitchens. An establishment that has preserved the best of the tradition while modernising the comfort of its rooms - TV, lift… The curistes and the holidaymakers are therefore greeted with smile and warmth, and one also likes to settle at the gourmet table which offers us what the Ardèche offers best.
