THE CLASTRES FARM
Clastres, founded in 1089 by two Benedictine monks, benefits from a water source at Sainte-Eulalie.
The village grew up around this former priory. Clastres (cloister) was founded in 1089 by two Benedictine monks. The priory remained until the 15th century, when it was converted into a farm. It was one of the only farms in the village with a water supply. It remained in operation until the 1970s. Renovated by the association that became its owner in the 1980s, it is a fine testimony to the past. Near the Ferme de Clastres, an information table is dedicated to the architecture and habitat of the Montagne.
