The Union des Vignerons Ardéchois, known under the brand name Vignerons Ardéchois, groups together 1,500 winegrowers belonging to 14 wineries. A wide range of grape varieties flourish on this varied terroir, giving Vignerons Ardéchois wines their richness and distinctive character. The Caveau de l'Union is adjacent to Néovinum, a museum space dedicated to this southern Ardèche terroir and the work of the men and women who have brought it to fruition for generations.
