Néovinum is a fascinating, well-documented showcase for the expertise of Ardéchois winegrowers, and a fine ode to the region and those who make it grow. Fun, interactive and varied, this site in Ruoms offers a complete immersion in the world of wine, accessible to all. The tour, called "œnoparcours", is suitable for young and old alike. In the Terroir room, a 360° panorama reveals the geological wealth of the local vineyards. The Chai room reveals the secrets of wine-making and ageing. In the Papille room, you can discover the aromas of different Ardèche grape varieties. The Biodiversity Garden highlights the benefits of environmentally-friendly practices, committed to biodiversity for both wild flora and fauna. From April to September and during school vacations, learn the art of wine tasting with sensory games: see, smell and taste wine. And since the youngest visitors also have a nose and a palate, they can also try their hand... but with local fruit juices! To make their visit even more fun, an educational booklet is given to them on arrival, with charades, riddles and anecdotes to punctuate their journey. Néovinum, which has been awarded the "Famille Plus" and "Accueil Vélo" labels, is an essential stop-off point for families looking for a fun and educational way to discover Ardèche winegrowing and taste.

Ourtasting and sales cellar is open all year round :
april 1st - September 30th:
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 1pm and 2:30pm to 7pm / Sunday, 9am to 1pm
july 1st - August 31st :
Monday to Saturday non-stop from 9am to 7pm / Sunday from 9am to 1pm
october 1st - March 31st :
Monday to Saturday, 9am to 12pm and 2pm to 6pm

Immerse yourself in the world of Ardéchois winegrowers!
An immersive, sensory experience! For 45 minutes, discover the world of the Vignerons Ardéchois with ourentertaining audiovisual show that takes you over our vineyards, plunges you into the secrets of our wines and awakens all your senses in our taste room and biodiversity garden.
For younger visitors, an educational booklet will make the visit even more fun! And at the end of the tour, they can even create their own label to stick on the bottle of grape juice they'll be offered!
To take things even further, we offer introductory tasting courses. During a 45-minute workshop, your specialized oenology instructor will introduce you to the art of tasting through a series of sensory games and the tasting of 3 wines/fruit juices for the little ones.

> From April 1 to September 30: one departure every 20 minutes from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m
> From October 1 to March 31, the museum is open only during vacations in zones A, B and C, departing every 20 minutes from 10 to 11 a.m. and from 2:30 to 4 p.m
Rates: €5 per person - €3 for children aged 6 to 18

La boutique est elle aussi très bien, moins chère je crois que si on achète les produits qui y sont present, ailleurs.
On peut goûter les vins avec de très bon conseils personnellement nous souhaitions un vin blanc moelleux et le premier été dans le lille directement ????????
Dégustation au top avec Léa qui est très professionnelle et nous fait partager sa passion du vin ardéchois ,le musée à côté est aussi très intéressant.Le personnel en magasin est à l'écoute .
Nous avons passé un très bon et agréable moment .Tres bon rapport qualité prix/prix
