The beautiful terrace and dining room, where the throne is a medieval armor, allows you to taste regional cuisine - frog legs, snails, abundance of foie gras, to follow a duck duck with chestnut honey or of a of walnut nuts - while the cosy rooms of the time wallpaper offer all modern comforts. Between swimming in the Ardèche and walks in the park, good moments to spend as a family.

We stayed in the hotel Savel in August 2022 and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience there. The hotel is truly exceptional. The garden area was lovely and we can recommend the dinner served in the garden area wholeheartedly. The owner of the hotel was super friendly and helpful with suggestions to explore the surroundings. I am a celiac and she prepared glutenfree pancakes for me for breakfast. There are also plenty of parking lots available on site to guarantee safe parking. It was honestly our favorite hotel of our trip.

Le serveur génial rien a dire mais la patronne pour un peut de retard une heure elle as simplement dit devant et haut êtres vous du métier et sa façon de dires les choses sait pas un métier il faut savoir temporiser les choses sa sait le métier voilà je tenait à le dire

Wanneer je kiest voor een vakantie in de Ardèche, is hotel Savel een absolute aanrader. Een warm onthaal, mooie kamers en een prachtige omgeving. Stephanie geeft ‘s ochtends tips over mogelijke uitstappen en dit gedocumenteerd met folders, kaart en foto’s. Bij het avondeten word je culinair verwend door chef Pierre, zijn borden zijn echte schilderijtjes en de smaken delicieus. De bediening door de altijd enthousiaste en glimlachende Nordin was zelfs in het Nederlands.
Wij hebben hier 12 dagen genoten, verwend door een super team van enthousiaste mensen.
