CAVE LA CÉVENOLE

Wine and alcohol cooperative

Just a stone's throw from the tourist office, the Rosières winery groups together 150 winegrowers, i.e. 700 hectares of vines, spread over 13 communes. Two exceptions: Viognier on sandstone soils which gives a rare and magnificent wine and Chatus, a grape variety which survived the phylloxera epidemic and whose most beautiful plants are found in the commune of Vernon.
