We're all familiar with the brand's little PDO chestnut man. Clément Faugier celebrated its 140th anniversary in 2022! Crème de marrons was launched in 1885 to recover the marrons glacés broken during the manufacturing process, and marrons au cognac, created in 1924 for the American market. In 2025, we celebrate the 140th anniversary of the creation of homemade chestnut purée. All these iconic products can be found in the factory outlet. And there's more to come. New: chestnut cream ice cream.

Clients depuis de nombreuses années tres tres déçus par la qualité des marrons glacés. Pas de goût et bien chers pour la qualité. Vraiment dommage.

J'ai commandé des marrons glacés en coffret carton, très bons. Et des marrons en coffret bois, ils sont secs, manquent de sirop vanillé. J'en ai informé l'entreprise, j'ai eu pour réponse "que les goûts de chacun sont subjectifs". J'espère que le confisage des marrons correspond à la grande majorité des consommateurs. D'autre part, l'argument effarant qui m'a été donné."moi j'aime bien quand ils sont secs, ma collègue préfère les moelleux.". Je'apprends les goûts subjectifs d'une "responsable qualité " ! Décevant, choquant, manque de compétence !
