We're all familiar with the brand's little PDO chestnut man. Clément Faugier celebrated its 140th anniversary in 2022! Crème de marrons was launched in 1885 to recover the marrons glacés broken during the manufacturing process, and marrons au cognac, created in 1924 for the American market. In 2025, we celebrate the 140th anniversary of the creation of homemade chestnut purée. All these iconic products can be found in the factory outlet. And there's more to come. New: chestnut cream ice cream.

Open Monday to Thursday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1pm to 5.15pm; Friday from 9am to 12.30pm and from 1pm to 4.15pm. For groups, please contact us on 04 75 64 07 11 to let us know the day of your visit. Museum dedicated to the company and the castanéiculture. Admission is free.

Le site marchand est un peu vieillot mais opérationnel.
La crème de marrons est particulièrement appréciée. Je trouve les prix (crème de marrons notamment) plutôt attractifs.
