MARCHÉ DE LA MYRTILLE

It's not just chestnut in Ardèche. There is also the myrtille, the emblematic fruit of the Ardéchoise mountain. Its production area extends over a wide western band of the department, from Lamastre to Saint-Etienne-de-Lugdarès. This small fruit rich in flavor, color and benefits deserved its celebration! It is organized annually by the Regional Natural Park of the Ardèche Mountains, in partnership with the municipality of Mézilhac, local producers and the association Myrtilles and Ardèche, in the small village of Mézilhac, a 1,100 m high. There are freshly picked blueberries, craftsmen making jam, gears, blueberry juice, collection monsters… A very greedy Saturday and vitamins.
