A table of excellent reputation, titled Maître Restaurateur, here we are in the best establishment around. An establishment that you have to go and find in the station area - the old station, that is - which has been entirely restored with taste by Joanna and Franck, the new owners. The menu is very appetizing and it is not easy to choose among the menus on offer. The market menu that day had all the trappings to delight a hungry traveler looking to discover the authentic flavors of Ardeche but also dishes from around the world. Add to that a friendly welcome and you leave enchanted by your little stopover which can easily be extended in one of the comfortable rooms or suites of the establishment which also has a pleasant terrace.
