Five charming cottages await you in this superb character farmhouse with swimming pool. In addition, there is a gastronomic table that highlights local products and the house's vegetable garden. By the fireplace or on the wonderful terrace, you can enjoy rillettes of Ardèche farmer chicken breast, creamy chicken liver cream with bear garlic, reduction of "Syrah" and then M. Boyrel marinated in chestnut honey and thyme confit at low temperature, with crushed homemade smoked potatoes and finally a chocolate fondant guanaja Valrhona, strawberry mandarin mousse with gariguettes in olive oil and Moroccan mint... Pure happiness....

Le chef compose avec tout le talent qui est le sien des plats qui gustativement et esthétiquement vous transportent à l'intérieur de son jardin d'ou proviennent toutes ces fleurs qui servent à l'élaboration de ses plats complétés par des produits locaux de très grande qualité.
Ajoutez à cela une équipe au service dynamique souriante respectueuse des clients avec une présentation de la carte chantante sous les accents du Sud Ardèche et vous êtes certains de vivre une belle expérience culinaire. Great food, great service, and a great view to boot.
Every course was original, with the majority (if not all) ingredients coming from the Ardeche. The price was on the higher side of average, but still well worth it!
If you are in the area, and you are looking for a restaurant with surprising flavors, attentive staff and overall a great vibe, don't hesitate to drive up the hillside!
