Founded in 1928, the Cave de Lablachère brings together some forty winegrowers. It is a veritable institution in the Ardèche. Faithful to its traditions, the Cave de Lablachère is renowned for the unchanging quality of its wine and its extremely competitive prices. The grape variety used here is Chatus, an ancient variety that grows only on the sandstone of the Cévennes in the Ardèche. In white, the Cuvée des Murettes, a blend of Sauvignon and Viognier, is one of their great classics. Our wines regularly win awards at agricultural competitions.

Lors de la visite à la cave durant nos vacances dans le coin, nous avions ramené un carton de Gamay 2014 qui a fait son effet auprès de nos proches.
J'ai profité de la sortie du Gamay primeur pour passer une commande par correspondance. Celui-ci est très bon d'ailleurs.
