Address with terrace in Guilherand-Granges preparing fish, roasted meats, vegetables and desserts.

We cross the Rhône to settle down on the Ardèche side on a pleasant terrace by the river. In the plate, it is a divine farandole. Candied butternut, light horseradish mousse, radish shoots; Lake Leman perch fillet, smoked haddock siphon, black bean mousseline, roasted artichokes with candied lemon; shrimp ceviche with chives, cereals with a smoky taste, black amaranth seeds ; roasted lamb canon roasted to the heart, chorizo powder, soy milk polenta cream and candied fennel with olives; chocolate and liquorice ganache with fleur de sel, citrus fruit biscuit, hazelnut ice cream; lemon pie, tangy meringue, thyme ice cream, etc.

Le restaurant a changé de nom ! Il s'agit de Qaui 808. Plats orginaux, très gouteux. Bon rapport Qualité Prix. Acceuil sympatique. La carte propose peu de choix, signe de qualité, mais change souvent. Je recommande !
