Chemin Faisant, a travel agency made in Ardèche, based in the heart of the Cévennes, is one of our favourites. Here, young and old meet in perfect harmony to share the same passion: walking. It is at the same time the occasion to discover the varied and sublime landscapes of the Tanargue, but also to make beautiful meetings, strong moments of exchange with the men and the women who give all its relief to this territory. Accompanied by a guide, the hikers discover during their 5 or 6 hours of daily walk, sheep or goat breeders, wine growers or even castane farmers and the landscapes transformed by these Ardèche professionals. In the heart of landscapes alternating gentle valleys, ridges, rivers and chestnut forests, cultivated fields and grazing herds, these accompanied and semi-itinerant walks of 6 days and 5 nights, prove to be rich and tasty. For there is no question of forgetting the good food! Here the breaks at the table of Bistrots de Pays and small local restaurants are gourmet and offer another trip to the land of flavours. And always on the agenda, the Ardèche Piedmont which has made the reputation of the house. Chemin Faisant also accompanies you in the Haut-Verdon or the Hautes-Alpes, but also on the paths of Romania, Crete... Whatever the destination and the season, here is an excellent way to walk by putting one foot in front of the other and why not by singing.
