You will be impressed by the beautiful variety of Ardèche cheeses, including some rarities such as the Etoile des Neiges made in Coucouron. You will discover with the same interest a tomme du Cantal, an aligot or truffade. All of which are matured to perfection, as it should be in a good cheese dairy. une belle adresse au coeur d'Aubenas si vous aimez le fromage. Très grand choix, excellente qualité et prix raisonnables, le tout avec un accueil très agréable. Cet établissement se trouve également sur les marchés de la région.
