This boutique was created in May 2011 by the Maison house, a poultry slaughterhouse in Montrevel-en-Bresse since 1919. Le, Le Coq Hardy offers raw preparations that can only be cooked at home, such as paupiettes or blue cords, but also terrine. Here les, poulardes and other chickens of Bresse are kings. But the hotel also sells a few fine grocery stores, wines and olive oil.
