Concernant le restaurant chez nous, dans mon souvenir lointain, il s'agissait davantage d'un établissement gastronomique réputé alors que le résultat de ma dernière visite m'a davantage fait penser à un restaurant astronomique ! En effet, ni l'élaboration des plats ni la chaleur du service, ni la beauté du lieu n'étaient en adéquation avec l'addition présentée. Mon avis, qui n'engage bien sur que moi, est qu'une telle distorsion temporelle de qualité et de prix ne peut perdurer indéfiniment, sans conséquences ! Je souhaite donc à ce haut lieu de Sainte-Croix, un prompt rétablissement !
