Chef Vincent Rivon has been at the table for over 25 years, cooking according to the seasons, with Bresse poultry, frogs' legs and an inventive market menu as his hallmarks. The wine list, meanwhile, boasts several hundred references, including true rarities and many organic wines, as well as a fine selection of digestifs.
