Just a stone's throw from the historic town center, this authentic Bourbonnais house has an intimate setting with three adjoining rooms. David Rollin and his team create authentic, bistronomic cuisine, using market produce and changing with the seasons. Summer salad menu and ice cream sundaes. Salmon gravlax, pâté en croûte, roast beef, duck breast with raspberry jus, fresh fruit pavlova, chocolate coconut finger. Choice of menus and AOP wine suggestion list. Special menus for groups of up to sixty people.
