Built in 1889, the dairy has gradually expanded. Today, it is a cooperative that collects and processes milk from 19 producers spread over 8 farms, i.e. 3 million litres of milk per year used to make the 280 tonnes of Comté, butter, cream and fromage blanc produced by the cheese dairy. During the shop's opening hours, you can visit the cheese dairy. In the shop you will find bleu de Gex, Bresse, morbier, tome, saint-marcellin, saint-félicien, raclette, goat cheese, sausage and honey.
