Impossible to miss Le Fromager which celebrates its 10th anniversary this year. Fabien Picard, who comes from a family of farmers, is in love with the Ain region and the good products of Bresse, such as cream and butter from Bresse PDO. Trained as a cheese maker, he completed his experience in a Comté cheese factory. At Le Fromager, a hundred cheeses including the best Comté, many other regional cheeses - Morbier, Bleu de Bresse, Bleu de Gex... -French and other cheeses that are perfectly matured.
