With its open terrace in front of the royal monastery of Brou, the Auberge Bressane is part of the local heritage. At the helm of this elegant restaurant, chef Jean-Pierre Vullin offers traditional cuisine revisited in his own way: homemade pike quenelle flavored with lobster, Bresse chicken with Bresse cream, almond gratin with Jura county... But also a beautiful seasonal menu and some fish specialties. Nice wine list. Gourmet stopover to taste the best classics of the region.

Très bon restaurant avec de bonnes spécialités de la Bresse. Je conseillerai de manger des grenouilles ou du poulet de Bresse à la crème. Petit budget à prévoir mais abordable tout de même. Bons vins. Personnel sympathique.

A ne pas manquer...et c'est facile ...car juste en face de l'église de BROU!!! Table reconnue depuis bien longtemps avec un poulet de bresse à la crème hummm
