A vegan bakery with strong values, both human and environmental, which has the good taste of not having raised the price of bread since it opened in 2017! After touring the world, Nirvãn and Delphine settled in Ambérieu next to the Biocoop (large parking lot). Here, everything is artisanal, with natural sourdoughs and baked in a wood-fired oven. The result is really big, tasty loaves that keep for a long time, like this Campagne, which we just can't resist. Snacking in the same spirit. Share a unique gourmet experience.

Super boulangerie pour le pain. Entendons ici le VRAI pain qui nourrit son homme, ou sa femme, à base de farines savoureuses. Le lieu est spacieux et agréable pour prendre un café en achetant le pain.

Boulangerie innovante avec un concept original. J'ai fait une halte en vélo pour boire un kf et prendre un paton au chocolat. Bon accueil et ambiance chaleureuse. Le goût était différent des boulangeries traditionnelles mais tout est au levain et bio belle surprise au niveau gustatif. Maintenant il ne reste plus qu'à tester les pains et snacking.
