A vegan bakery with strong values, both human and environmental, which has the good taste of not having raised the price of bread since it opened in 2017! After touring the world, Nirvãn and Delphine settled in Ambérieu next to the Biocoop (large parking lot). Here, everything is artisanal, with natural sourdoughs and baked in a wood-fired oven. The result is really big, tasty loaves that keep for a long time, like this Campagne, which we just can't resist. Snacking in the same spirit. Share a unique gourmet experience.

Nous y avons pris un petit déjeuner, le pain était excellent (nous avions ramené nos confitures, car non disponibles sur place).

A cute little cafe in Ambérieu. The ambience is very relaxed, you can work there or read a book or chill. Service is quick and staff is polite. However, the food is not that great. I had their vegetarian pizza and a slice of one their sourdoughs. The pizza was okay and the sourdough was dense and undercooked. I could barely eat the sourdough, it was that bad. Their vegan hot chocolate drink though compensated for their bread! It was one of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever had (and I’m quite particular about my hot chocolate). It was light and flavourful and just perfect. Probably because of the oat milk that they use. So my suggestion- go there for their hot chocolate (and nothing else) and enjoy the ambience!
