A vegan bakery with strong values, both human and environmental, which has the good taste of not having raised the price of bread since it opened in 2017! After touring the world, Nirvãn and Delphine settled in Ambérieu next to the Biocoop (large parking lot). Here, everything is artisanal, with natural sourdoughs and baked in a wood-fired oven. The result is really big, tasty loaves that keep for a long time, like this Campagne, which we just can't resist. Snacking in the same spirit. Share a unique gourmet experience.

Une boulangerie atypique, une odeur hyper agréable dès que la porte s'ouvre.
Des pains fait avec des farines bio.
Il y en a pour tous les goûts.
Il y même des pains de la veille vendu un peu moins cher!.
En revanche, il n'y a pas de croissant ni de pain chocolat mais des gâteaux.
Possibilité de boire un café, un chocolat chaud qui vous emporte en enfance, wouaaah.
Je recommande vivement, passage obligé quand on va à Ambérieu en Bugey

Ils m'ont fait rêvé d'un monde où tout serait à leur image.
Des personnes humaines, authentiques respectant la nature, respectant ses clients par la qualité de leurs produits. ( C'est le seul endroit où je mange du pain sans avoir mal au ventre)
