Here, no plastic is used, but recyclable packaging, and rainwater is reused to water flowers and plants in the sales area. The same goes for the delicatessen, where the products are organic (tea, coffee, chocolate, wine) and local creations (pottery, jewelry). A pergola was recently built, under which floral art classes are held.
