The Lavau family has a long history in the wine world, having started out in Saint-Émilion in the 19th century before moving to Tunisia and finally returning to France in the 1960s. Cave Lavau offers a wide range of protected appellation wines from the Rhone Valley, sourced from the region's finest terroirs. They work in partnership with over 350 local winemakers to select the best grapes and produce top-quality wines.

Today, it's Céline who runs the 25-hectare estate in the Côtes du Rhône and Plan de Dieu (Côtes du Rhône Villages) appellation, and the vineyard has been farmed organically since 2012. Their wines are sold at the cellar. The estate also boasts a 50-site campsite with swimming pool, paddling pool, bar and snack bar, as well as a 60m² air-conditioned gite for 4 to 6 people.
