A former 16th century synagogue in Valréas offers cuisine from all over the world with the flavours of Provence.
It's a strange place that this old synagogue from the 16th century. The ceilings are very high, and the arches give a solemn touch. The cuisine of the master restaurateur mixes spices from all over the world with the flavours of our Provence. This gives a choice between a half-cooked foie gras with Espelette pepper, persimmon jam and quince or a California maki with haddock, guacamole condiment. This is a very representative example of what awaits you. Le Petit Futé has tested as a dessert a picodon with saffron breaded with almonds and roasted.

Une cuisine d'exeption dans un cadre exeptionel mené avec brio par un jeune couple dynamique et inventif avec la talentueuse Évelyne aux fournaux et le très prévenant Nicolas en salle. Sur la carte il existe aussi de délicieux plats végétariens, tous les plats sont préparés avec des ingrédients très frais - et avec amour. Cette adresse vaut absolument le petit détour (pas de parking devant la maison).
