A charming inn where you can dine on dishes and desserts prepared by promising young chef Julie Binotti

Here's a good address for a stopover in this little mountain paradise, in the heart of the Toulourenc valley, in unspoilt surroundings. Julie Binotti, a former student of the École hôtelière d'Avignon, is in charge of the inn's kitchen, and the young chef cooks creatively with local produce. The à la carte menu features pretty seasonal dishes and desserts, as well as perennial favorites that locals keep coming back for: aïoli, frogs' legs and lamb sweetbreads. On Saturday and Sunday evenings, takeaway pizzas are available. The terrace in front of the inn is a welcome addition in fine weather

Les patrons sont très sympas... Les tarifs pratiqués bcp moins... Pas de menu... Le café en terrasse 2e...1. 50 euros au bar... Soit 50 cts de plus pour 4 mètres à pied.... On est à savoillans pas à Nice.. pour un bistrot d un village de 80 âmes qui est concrètement le seul vecteur de lien social j ai du mal à comprendre
