Restaurant with a small terrace covered with greenery offers a simple menu and Provencal cuisine.
Like all the restaurants in Saignon, it is not very big, 25 covers maximum, two small terraces covered with greenery with a view on the Romanesque church. This implies a little proximity between the tables but it is nice and friendly. The setting is resolutely contemporary and the plate classic. The menu is simple and announces a Provencal cuisine with fresh products; from the tapenade to the dessert, everything is home-made by Sylvie. It is a beautiful place, very calm and where the good mood is of setting. Reservation more than recommended for the evening!

Really nice small restaurant in the heart of Saignon near the church. I had the pickled herring to start, the braised lamb as a main, and the stewed mirrabelle plums to finish. They were all really good - light and well prepared, topped off with nice wine and kind service.

Wer einfach nur gut essen und trinken - und dazu noch überaus freundlich empfangen werden - möchte, der ist im nach den Riesenweinflaschen (12l!) benannten Balthazar genau richtig.
Die Küche ist in einem nicht leicht zu treffenden Dreiklang modern, kreativ und regional, das Ambiente - man kann drinnen und draußen sitzen - eher einfach.
Die Preise sind der Qualität angemessen und fair.

Divin ! Ambiance chaleureuse, service irréprochable. Une cuisine exquise, un travail minutieux sur la présentation et une vraie cascade de saveurs en bouche. Pour avoir travaillé et manger dans des gastronomiques, ça se vaut amplement même pour cette cuisine non gastro. Tout ça sur un rapport qualité - prix parfait.

Une cuisine aux recettes classiques mais avec une belle maîtrise des cuissons et des saveurs pour tous les plats avec des produits frais et de qualité. Le service est efficace et chaleureux. Le restaurant se situe dans une bâtisse ancienne joliment décorée. Il est vivement conseillé de réserver car ce lieu est prisé.
