Olive oil has been made for three generations in the Farnoux. At the Old Moulin, olives of cunner varieties are crushed by stone-shaped stone grinding. In their brand new shop at the entrance to the village, you will find their oils as well as their table olives from the 1 500 olive trees. One particularity: the trees are planted between rows of vine vines and enherbés. At the shop you can visit the oil mill, the oil preparation, the olives pressing, the different phases until bottling.
