Cheese production is seasonal, which gives the goats time to rest. In the middle of winter, there are no fresh cheeses, but cheeses that are already ripe and firmer. What is the difference between a farmhouse goat's cheese and the one you find in the supermarket? Farmhouse goat cheeses are made on the farm from a single milk, while non-farmhouse cheeses are made from a mixture of milk from different farms that has been collected. The farm produces organic olive oil, red wine and cherry nectar.
